With vast experience in Web, Mobile and Desktop applications using Microsoft Technologies he headed the development function and led a team that designed and developed multiple erp/crm software across the telecom and IT service industry. As an expert in his domain he manages the software development in this company.

Chief Operating Officer

Sandeep Chauhan with his deep insight in the IT field service industry has led to the vision of our Service Operation Management (SOM) software. With around 20 years of field service experience with companies like Unicorp, Sysnet and MZI, he has led to the creation of the software focusing on the challenges faced by the users at different levels in an organization. As a business analyst he is a key contributor in operations and development.

Product Manager

With over 7 years of diverse experience in Customer Support & Relationship along with Product Management in multiple verticals including Telecom and IT Services, he is deeply involved in the design and documentation of the software based upon the customer challenges for their ease of use. He brings a vibrant and dynamic feel to the table.
